CONDUCT OF PUBLIC ATTENDING COUNCIL MEETINGS

1. A member of the public may only speak if their names have been placed on the Agenda. 
2. Delegation requests must be made by submitting a request to the Town Clerk (1) week prior to the meeting they wish to attend.
3. Cell phones and other personal communication devices should be either turned off or set to vibrate during the meeting.
4. Absolutely no recording of meetings are permitted without consent of Council.
5. The Presiding Officer may dismiss and exclude from a meeting any non-Council member who is demonstrating improper, disruptive behavior.
